Rather than cleaning them right away, you can put your rollers and paint brushes in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer until you are ready to use them again.

When painting, instead of using tape, try using a putty knife and a wet rag to remove paint around doors, windows, and wood work.

For a mess free paint job, try covering the paint tray with a Glad small garbage bag. When you are done painting, turn the bag inside out and throw it away – no clean up necessary.
